web24.ae designs, builds, and delivers bilingual websites — typically within 24 hours of receiving the content and approvals we need from you. The specific deliverables, timeline, and price for your project are confirmed in your quote or order.

Quotes, orders & payment

• Prices are in AED unless stated otherwise.
• A project begins once your quote is accepted and any agreed deposit is paid.
• Final delivery and handover follow full payment.
• Each plan includes the page counts stated on our Pricing page (Launch 5, Business 12, Premium 20).

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate content, brand assets, and approvals promptly.
• Ensure you hold the rights to any materials you supply to us.
• Use the website and our services in compliance with applicable laws.

Delivery & revisions

Our 24-hour delivery commitment starts once we have everything we need from you. Reasonable revisions are included as set out in your plan.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final website and content we create specifically for you. We retain rights to our underlying tools, frameworks, and pre-existing materials, and we may feature the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Warranties & liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our money-back guarantee applies as described in your plan or quote.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
